Welcome to Volunteer Mentorship Initiative ("VMI," "we," "our," or "us"), a program of the Governors Faith-Based and Community Initiative (GFBCI).
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, learning platform, mobile application, courses, resources, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent, guardian, educational institution, correctional facility, or supervising organization to use the Services.
2. Educational Purpose
The Services are provided for educational, training, mentoring, volunteer development, workforce readiness, leadership development, and related learning purposes.
The Services do not provide legal, medical, mental health, financial, or professional advice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information current.
4. Acceptable Use

Share account access with unauthorized individuals.
Upload harmful, unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Unless otherwise noted, all content provided through the Services, including text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, and educational resources, is owned by or licensed to VMI and GFBCI.
